What interpreting service do you need?
We provide three different types of interpreting services you can choose from to best suit your needs:
Consecutive interpreting - is the most commonly requested as it is the easiest service to arrange and set up. A consecutive interpreter will wait until the end of the speaker's sentence before interpreting.
Simultaneous interpreting - takes a bit more setting up and is ideal for situations where there are people present who speak many different languages. For example, you may have seen simultaneous interpreting in action at such as the UN conferences, where there are many leaders from different countries who each speak a different language. Simultaneous interpreting requires interpreters working in teams of two or three in soundproofed booths. Interpreters interpret what the speaker is saying as they are saying it into a microphone, and the delegates listen through headsets.
Telephone interpreting - our 24-hour Telephone Interpreting Service puts you back in control - connecting you to a qualified interpreter within seconds. Immediately accessible, the service can be used any time of day from any location using any type of telephone. No special equipment is needed. Wherever you are at the time, we remove the language barrier quickly and effectively, so you can get on with your job.
Please call us today on 0845 456 2300 to book an interpreter. We promise we will not be beaten on price and we will beat any quote from any competitor by up to 10%.

P A GREEN MESSAGE FROM BEACON
At Beacon we believe businesses should strive to be environmentally friendly. We do our bit by cutting down on paper use throughout our offices. Not only does it help the environment but it also helps us to be more efficient. We believe recycling is not the answer as it costs money to recycle and it's not exactly energy efficient. Cutting down on paper use altogether is the answer. We achieve this by using our state of the art database for all bookings and staff registration (instead of application forms), and sending 90% of our quotes and invoices electronically. We recommend all businesses should move towards a paperless office.
Save Paper - Save Money.....Save the environment
